The 52 lb. Suzuki 6 hp outboard motor type DF6ASW3 is a great option for jon boats, skiffs, tenders, and small to medium sized inflatables if you’re looking for lightweight portable power. The 6hp Suzuki engine has the greatest displacement of any one cylinder outboard in this hp and weight range thanks to its 15 inch shaft. The 6hp Suzuki outboard motor has many of the same characteristics as the 4hp model, but it performs better thanks to a bigger carburetor. Furthermore, the 6 horsepower Suzuki outboard models come standard with an external fuel tank connection that enables the customer to quickly attach an optional external fuel tank for greater range. We provide a five-year Suzuki warranty.
